Earners of this microcredential have successfully completed two Bradley University credit courses in Communication and demonstrated the skills to develop structured and engaging training programs tailored to specific organizational needs; measure training effectiveness and use feedback to refine learning outcomes; develop the ability to lead and guide team discussions, manage group dynamics, mediate team conflicts, and tailor communication styles to different team roles.

- Badge earners have earned a B or higher in Bradley University's COM 393 Small Group Communication. Industry-based competencies include facilitation and group process management, conflict resolution and consensus building, and adaptable communication and instructional delivery. Earners are assessed through non-writing reflections of group theories, leading and facilitating a discussion on a chapter from the course textbook, and presenting a problem-solution project centered on a Bradley issue.
- Badge earners have also earned a B or higher in Bradley University's COM 398 Communication Training and Development. Industry-based competencies include instructional design, feedback and evaluation, and learning theory that ensures training efforts are strategic, evidence-based, and aligned with workforce goals. Earners have been assessed through the creation of a deliverable training program, case study analysis, and the evaluation and demonstration of an education tech tool for training.
