Office of Title IX Compliance
Bradley University does not discriminate on the basis of sex, as defined under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other applicable federal and state laws. These protections shape University policies, practices, services, and programs that promote fair and equitable access to education and employment for all members of our community.
The Office of Title IX Compliance is the University’s central resource for preventing, addressing, and coordinating the response to matters involving sex discrimination, including oversight of related grievance processes. We provide educational programming, supportive measures, impartial investigations, facilitation of informal resolutions, and guidance to help individuals understand their options. Anyone who experiences, witnesses, or has concerns about sex discrimination is encouraged to contact our office for information, resources, or to make a report. Together, we can foster a campus culture grounded in respect, equity, and safety.
