The Nonprofit Leadership Certificate is designed for professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills in the nonprofit industry at any level. This online, 12-semester hour certificate provides students with the tools to develop comprehensive knowledge, appropriate skills, innovative problem solving, and a strong core of personal values to empower them in becoming outstanding leaders in a variety of roles. Faculty encourage reflective practice and focus on leading organizational change. Numerous electives allow you to tailor the coursework to fit your experiences and interests.

Graduates of the certificate program may apply to the Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership program. Coursework completed during the certificate with a grade of B or better can be applied toward the 36-semester hour master’s degree program.
