BLW 540 - Legal Environment for Managers (3.0 hours)

Analysis of the basic principles of business law while focusing on global information technologies using the case study method. Topics will include an understanding of the legal system, ethics, cybertorts, cybercrimes, information privacy issues, intellectual property, and contracts.

Prerequisite: Foster College of Business Graduate Student or consent of Associate Dean.
